FREE POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

blossyfloss provides free postage within Australia for Australian retail customers only. Wholesale and international customers pay a small flat rate fee.

RETURNS

Our returns policy is that you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do.

• Unframed items - Protective plastic wrapping must be intact - that is, they must remain UNOPENED.
• Framed items - All framed items sent back to blossyfloss must be received in original packaging, be in unused condition and be sent by registered mail.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

All prints and frames are painstakingly checked before being sent to you. Each is packaged with love and care.  In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 2 days of receipt and we will then authorise an exchange.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Whilst every care is taken to ensure descriptions, designs and colours are correct, product representations may vary from what you see on your computer monitor.  Please note that there will always be slight colour variance between the image seen on screen and the final product as different monitors give different colour results.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

We use Paypal to processes payment. There is the option to use your credit card via the Paypal system even if you don't have a Paypal login.
Direct bank transfer is also possible for Australian customers. Simply choose the direct deposit option at the checkout and we will provide you with our account information. Once we have confirmed your deposit in our account, your order will be processed.

PRIVACY

Protecting your personal and order information is important to us. All personal information provided to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any outside entities without your expressed permission; other than for delivery of the products you have purchased from us.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

For international customers, goods and services tax will be removed at the checkout. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.

All prices displayed on the blossyfloss website include 10% goods and services tax. Prices are at the sole discretion of blossyfloss and can change without notice.

blossyfloss artwork and prints are designed for decorating children's rooms, they are not toys and in no way should be played with by children.

• The framed print draw is held every six months.
• The competition is open to Australian and international subscribers.
• A framed blossyfloss print is valued at $119:00 Australian.
• As blossyfloss cannot send framed prints internationally, international residents may choose from blossyfloss unframed prints to the same value.
• The winning entry is selected at random from the current blossyfloss subscriber list at the time of drawing.
• There is no cash value to this prize and the prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• The winner will be notified by email and their name will be published on the blossyfloss blog and blossyfloss facebook page.
• Participation in this competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
